Fees and registration
Registration for the 12th International Society of Construction Law Conference opens on 1 September 2026.
The conference runs for three days from Wednesday 29 September to Friday 1 October 2027 at Sava Centar in Belgrade. Every delegate attends every session; there are no parallel streams.

WEDNESDAY IS ALWAYS INCLUDED
The pre-conference day on 29 September, workshops and the sessions co-organised with ACCL and CCCL, is included at no extra cost with every registration, full conference or day rate.
Wednesday is not sold separately.
Separately ticketed events
The welcome evening and the gala dinner are not included in the conference fee. Both have limited capacity so book them when you register rather than on arrival, to avoid disappointment.

Accompanying persons may book the welcome evening and gala dinner at the same rates. Dietary requirements are taken at registration.
Who qualifies for the member rate
The member rate applies to members of any society belonging to the Society of Construction Law International or the European Society of Construction Law (ESCL). You will be asked at registration to state the country of your society.
Payment
Registration is handled by Miross, the conference organiser appointed by SCL Serbia. Your confirmation and invoice will come from scli2027@miross.rs. Add it to your safe senders list so it is not filtered.
Fees are set in euro.
Delegates registering from Serbia are invoiced in dinars. The dinar amount is calculated at Banca Intesa’s selling rate applicable on the date of registration, so it is not fixed in advance. On weekends and public holidays the last published rate applies.
Delegates registering from outside Serbia who pay by bank transfer are invoiced in euro and pay in euro. Please instruct your bank to send the payment with all charges paid by you, the OUR option, so that the full amount is received.
Card payments are processed in dinars wherever you are registering from. Before you confirm, the platform shows the amount in euro, the amount in dinars and the card transaction fee, which is payable in addition to the fee. Your own bank will then convert the dinar amount back into your currency at its own rate.
Registration is confirmed when payment clears.
Registration may be made by an individual or by a firm, and paid by card or against an invoice.
Registration data is collected by Miross on behalf of SCL Serbia and used to administer your attendance. See our privacy policy.
Cancellation and substitution
Cancellations must be made in writing to scli2027@miross.rs. The same terms apply to conference registrations and to tickets for the welcome evening and gala dinner.
Cancellations received before 30 June 2027 are refunded less a €50 administration fee. From 1 July to 31 July 2027, only half the amount paid will be refunded. From 1 August 2027 no refund is made. Refunds are made in the currency of payment.
Substitutions are accepted free of charge up to 15 September 2027. Where a delegate is substituted, any tickets for the welcome evening and gala dinner transfer as well.

You will receive confirmation by email. Joining instructions and access to the delegate application will follow closer to the conference. By registering you accept the terms and conditions for this conference.
Code of conduct
SCLI 2027 is a professional gathering, and all delegates, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors are expected to treat one another with courtesy and respect. Harassment, discrimination and intimidating behaviour are not tolerated, in the conference venue or at any associated event.
Anyone with a concern during the conference should speak to the registration desk. Concerns are treated confidentially.
SCL Serbia may, at its discretion, require a person whose conduct breaches this standard to leave the conference, without refund.
